Exploring the Forest(open, Akauri)

Akauri had a big hare in her mouth that she'd received from hunting while Far was somewhere else. She had decided to hunt because she was hungry and she wanted her mate to eat something also. The pretty white wolf also didn't see any dens either. I guess we have to make one if there are no dens available. She looked around for him and pricked her ears to search for any sounds that would give her a clue. As soon as she detected a sound, she turned around to find Far coming to her. Akauri smiled while she still had the hare in her mouth and walked to her mate. She dropped her prey in front of him and looked at him with her amber-colored eyes. "Eat it up," Akauri said and blinked her eyes. "I couldn't find any dens, we could look around some more if you like, or we could make one." The wolf glanced at her kill again. She hoped Far would take it because she wanted to make sure that her mate ate before her.

Akauri nodded her head when after her mate spoke. She heard something behind the bushes and stalked towards the object. She had spotted a thrush turned away from her. She crept low and stalked silently behind it. When she was close enough, she accidentally stepped on a leaf and made a noise. When the bird flied up, Akauri had quickly leaped up in the air and grasped it with her jaws. She stopped with the thrush in her mouth to catch her balance before trotting back to Far. "Now we both have food to snack on," the pretty wolf said and dropped the thrush in front of herself.
